Responsibilities

• Develop, review and track solicitation and contract documents ensuring compliance.
• Coordinate solicitation timelines with program staff.
• Ensure procurements comply with state laws and HHSC policies.
• Monitor correspondence and open records requests to support timely resolutions.
• Represent PCS at meetings related to procurements and maintain procurement files.
