Job summary

A leading law firm seeks a Litigation Paralegal to support a dynamic team on high-profile cases. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Paralegal in Securities or complex Commercial Litigation.

Responsibilities

As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting a dynamic team of litigators on high-profile, document-intensive matters. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing all phases of litigation, including document review, discovery, trial preparation, and post-trial activities
• Organizing and maintaining case files, pleadings, and exhibits
• Assisting attorneys in preparing SEC filings, subpoenas, motions, and other court documents
• Handling large-scale e-discovery processes using industry-standard platforms
• Coordinating with clients, experts, and vendors
• Preparing deposition and trial binders and supporting attorneys in courtroom settings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required and Paralegal Certificate
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Paralegal in Securities or complex Commercial Litigation
• Strong knowledge of federal and state court rules and procedures
• Proficiency in litigation support software and e-Discovery tools
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Compensation
