Who You Are

You are a high performer with 3-5 years of experience with the following:

Class Action defense in consumer class actions including false advertising, product defect, breach of warranty, violation of consumer protection laws (required).
Experience with CA Unfair Competition Law.
Briefing class certification and/or summary judgment (required).
Drafting briefs, correspondence, and responding to written discovery.
Conducting depositions, oral arguments, and expert interviews.
Managing e‑discovery.

You have excellent written and oral communication skills.
You have strong case management skills, work ethic, and a team‑oriented attitude.
You are an active member of the California, New York, or Washington State Bar.
