Job summary

Morrison Foerster seeks an attorney with 2–5 years of experience in product liability litigation to join our dynamic Life Cycle Practice Group. The role emphasizes drafting briefs, managing depositions, and coordinating discovery across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in products liability litigation (required).
• Drafting briefs, correspondence, and responding to written discovery.
• Conducting depositions, oral arguments, and expert interviews.
• Managing document collection, review, and production.
• Causation and/or failure analysis.
• Multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings.

Responsibilities

• Provide litigation support in product liability matters.
• Draft briefs, respond to discovery, and conduct depositions where needed.
• Coordinate with team across jurisdictions and manage caseloads.

You Are

• You are a high performer with 2 - 5 years of experience with the following:
• Products Liability Litigation (required);
• Drafting briefs, correspondence, and responding to written discovery;
• Conducting depositions, oral arguments, and expert interviews;
• Managing document collection, review, and production;
• Causation and/or failure analysis;
• Multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings.
• You have excellent written and oral communication skills.
• You have strong case management skills, work ethic, and team-oriented attitude.
• You are an active member of the California, Colorado, Washington or New York Bar.
