Job summary

Beacon Hill Solutions Group, LLC is seeking a Complex Litigation Attorney to provide trial support for a boutique litigation firm based in Washington, DC. This is a fully remote role with an anticipated duration of 6+ months.

The successful candidate will handle sophisticated, high-stakes matters, leveraging strong research and writing skills, and experience in complex litigation. Preference for Am Law 200 background; antitrust or product liability experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing.
• Demonstrated experience handling complex litigation matters.
• Strong background in legal research, writing, and drafting of substantive legal documents.
• Experience utilizing Relativity or comparable eDiscovery platforms.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• No plaintiff experience permitted.

Beacon Hill Legal seeks a Complex Litigation Attorney to provide trial support for a boutique litigation firm based in Washington, DC.

* This is a fully remote role
* The anticipated duration is 6+ months

Qualifications:

* Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing
* Demonstrated experience handling complex litigation matters
* Strong background in legal research, writing, and drafting of substantive legal documents
* Experience utilizing Relativity or comparable eDiscovery platforms
* Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
* No plaintiff experience permitted

Preferred Qualifications:

* Prior work experience at an Am Law 200 firm preferred.
* Antitrust litigation experience strongly preferred.
* Product liability litigation experience is a plus.
* Experience serving as an Assistant United States Attorney (AUSA) is highly desirable.
* Prior federal judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
