Beacon Hill Legal, assisting a sophisticated Miami-based boutique firm, seeks an experienced Litigation Associate with strong experience in complex matters. The role offers high-level case responsibility, mentorship from senior partners, business-development support and competitive compensation with bonus and origination opportunities.

Candidates should have 4+ years of experience in complex litigation, exceptional research and writing skills, and solid deposition/hearing experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation: pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, hearings, and trial support
• Draft high-quality briefs, motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda
• Conduct complex factual and legal research and prepare persuasive written and oral advocacy
• Ltigation support provided
• Participate in client meetings, strategy sessions, and settlement negotiations
• Support and pursue business development and client origination efforts

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation: pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, hearings, and trial support
• Draft high-quality briefs, motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda
