Job summary

Beacon Hill seeks a Complex Litigation Attorney to provide trial support for a boutique litigation firm based in Washington, DC. This is a fully remote role for an anticipated 6+ month assignment.

The ideal candidate has a JD, active bar admission in good standing, and substantial experience handling complex litigation, with strong research and writing skills and familiarity with Relativity or other eDiscovery platforms.

Salary: USD80 - USD80 per hour

Beacon Hill Legal seeks a Complex Litigation Attorney to provide trial support for a boutique litigation firm based in Washington, DC.

• This is a fully remote role


• The anticipated duration is 6+ months


• The position will offer the opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-stakes matters

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing


• Demonstrated experience handling complex litigation matters


• Strong background in legal research, writing, and drafting of substantive legal documents


• Experience utilizing Relativity or comparable eDiscovery platforms


• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills


• No plaintiff experience permitted

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior work experience at an Am Law 200 firm preferred.


• Antitrust litigation experience strongly preferred.


• Product liability litigation experience is a plus.


• Experience serving as an Assistant United States Attorney (AUSA) is highly desirable.


• Prior federal judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
