Pop-Up Talent in Los Angeles seeks a Complex Litigation Associate to join our growing team. With 4+ years of civil litigation experience, California Bar active, and a strong trial background, you will help manage complex matters from intake through trial.

You will work with leading trial lawyers, advise clients, and stay current on California law relevant to PI, employment, and mass actions. This is an in-person, opportunity-rich role with partnership-track potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• JD required from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar membership required.
• 4+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Trial experience a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload from intake through trial.
• Work closely with clients to assess needs and develop strategies.
• Stay current with California law related to PI, employment, and mass actions.
• Collaborate with firm leadership to grow client base and referrals.
• Engage with local, state, and national trial lawyer organizations.
