Qualifications

• At least 3 years of transferable litigation experience.
• Significant experience with litigation procedure, motion practice, and discovery management.
• Exceptional academic credentials.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Commitment to outstanding client service and community involvement.
• Active California Bar admission in good standing.
• Must reside in California.

Responsibilities

• Drafting motions, briefs, pleadings, and other litigation-related documents.
• Managing discovery in complex litigation matters.
• Conducting legal research and analysis.
• Developing litigation strategy alongside senior attorneys.
• Participating in client counseling and case management.
• Communicating directly with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
• Supporting commercial, regulatory, and other complex litigation matters.
