A nationally recognized law firm in California seeks a Mid-Level Litigation Associate to join its litigation team based in Los Angeles, San Diego or San Francisco. Qualifications

• Active California State Bar membership is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.
• Experience with motions, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Strong legal research, writing, advocacy, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent academic credentials and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support a broad range of complex litigation matters.
• Handle all phases of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Draft, review, and argue motions.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Prepare witnesses and exhibits for hearings and trial.
• Utilize e-discovery platforms and technology-assisted review tools.
• Collaborate with attorneys and clients to develop effective case strategies.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide high-quality legal service.
