A leading national litigation practice group is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Complex Litigation team in the Seattle office. The candidate will work on high-stakes, high-profile commercial disputes across various industries as part of a multi-disciplinary, collaborative national team.
Case Management: Oversee day-to-day litigation operations and manage discovery processes.
Drafting: Author pleadings, dispositive motions, briefs, and discovery requests/responses.
Depositions & Court: Take and defend depositions and assist with hearing or trial preparations.
Legal Research: Conduct complex legal research and draft analytical memoranda on substantive and procedural issues.
Class Year: JD Class of 2022 to 2024.
Experience: Experience managing key aspects of commercial litigation in a law firm setting. AI-related legal or technical experience is preferred but not required.
Licensure: Currently licensed, or eligible to become licensed, to practice law in the state of Washington.

Salary Range: $235,000 – $310,000 (Base salary, commensurate with experience)
