The role targets attorneys with 4–6 years of litigation experience to handle sophisticated disputes and build client relationships in a collaborative, mentorship-focused environment.

The ideal candidate will manage case strategy, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and hearings, with strong writing and research skills, and a license to practice in Ohio.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of meaningful litigation experience.

The practice offers a diverse mix of litigation, including complex commercial disputes, labor and employment matters, and third-party tort and professional malpractice claims. The Ideal Candidate

• Experience taking or defending depositions and participating in hearings or other court proceedings is strongly preferred.

• Ability to manage significant portions of litigation matters with increasing independence.

• Excellent legal writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.

• Comfortable working directly with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in litigation.

• Licensed to practice law in Ohio.
