The ideal candidate will manage case strategy, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and hearings, with strong writing and research skills, and a license to practice in Ohio.

Qualifikationen

• 4–6 years of meaningful litigation experience.
• Experience handling complex commercial, business, employment, tort, or professional liability litigation.
• Strong experience with legal research, written discovery, motion practice, and legal briefing.
• Experience taking or defending depositions and participating in hearings is strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage significant portions of litigation with increasing independence.
• Excellent legal writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Licensed to practice law in Ohio.
