You will work alongside senior litigators on active matters, with clear path for growth into primary case handling or senior supporting roles, and exposure to complex commercial, real estate, and title-related disputes.

About the Role

The firm is looking for an attorney to work alongside senior litigators on complex matters, serving in a key supporting role on active cases.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and arguing motions
• Legal research and brief writing
• Assisting with case strategy and development
• Managing discovery and other litigation-related tasks
• Preparing cases for hearings, mediations, and trial

This position offers flexibility for long-term career growth. Attorneys may evolve into a primary case-handling role over time or continue developing as a senior supporting litigator, depending on their interests and strengths.

Note: This is not an insurance defense position. Candidates whose experience is primarily insurance defense litigation will not be a fit.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of attorney experience focused on commercial and/or civil litigation
• Strong academic credentials
• Stable employment history with demonstrated tenure at prior firms
• Excellent legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Experience with real estate or title insurance matters is a plus
