The attorney will handle high‑conflict disputes, including class actions, whistleblower, civil rights, and mass tort matters, advising clients and pursuing justice across tribunals.

The role requires a JD, active bar status, and 3–5 years of civil or criminal litigation experience. A hybrid work model and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction(s).
• Minimum 3–5 years of civil or criminal litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients through all stages of a dispute, from consultation to trial or arbitration.
• Manage caseloads with timely, thorough documentation and reporting.
• Provide strategic legal counsel and collaborate to develop case strategies.
• Prepare and review pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
• Conduct discovery including depositions, motions, hearings, and trials as needed.
• Argue motions and conduct in-depth legal research to support strategy.
