The consultant will focus on leading accounting/finance projects: technical accounting; complex financial and SEC reporting issues for private and public companies; IPO readiness and execution; due diligence; and financial analytics.

Position Summary:

The consultant will have a focus on performing and leading various accounting/finance projects: technical accounting; complex financial and SEC reporting issues for private and public companies; IPO readiness and execution; due diligence; and financial analytics.

Technical Requirements:

• CPA eligible or strong desire to become a CPA
• Solid working knowledge of the Microsoft office suite with advanced Excel capabilities
• Knowledge and use of generative AI models (e.g., Claude) and related plug-ins to Excel are a plus
