UC Davis Health seeks a full-time Complex Family Planning Specialist at the Assistant or Associate Professor rank within the Health Sciences Clinical Professor series. The role balances complex FP with general obstetrics/gynecology across the Sacramento health campus and contracted sites.

The candidate will supervise medical students, residents, and fellows, provide mentorship, and may participate in a family planning research program; salary range is $300,000–$440,000 with bonus incentives.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Clinical care specializing in Complex Family Planning.
• Completing or having completed Complex Family Planning Fellowship.
• Clinical experience with family planning and research training (Fellowship/MPH/PhD).
• Eligible to obtain California Medical License.
• Experience training fellows, residents, and medical students.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a diverse academic environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee medical students, residents, and fellows in family planning and OB/GYN.
• Provide mentorship as part of residency and fellowship training.
• Potential participation in a family planning research program; optional.
