A highly regarded, full-service law firm is seeking a talented Litigation Associate with 2–4 years of experience to join its growing New York office.

Salary: $180,000 - $230,000 per year.

This is an excellent opportunity for an associate who wants sophisticated commercial litigation experience, meaningful responsibility, and direct exposure to experienced partners and clients. The firm is known for handling complex, high-stakes matters for corporations, financial institutions, privately held businesses, executives, and other sophisticated clients across a broad range of industries.

The associate will work on a diverse mix of commercial disputes, including contract claims, business torts, shareholder and partnership disputes, financial services matters, corporate governance issues, and other complex litigation in state and federal courts.

Compensation

The anticipated base salary range is $185,000–$230,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation and comprehensive benefits may also be available.

Requirements
  • 2–4 years of commercial litigation experience at a law firm.
  • Strong experience representing corporate clients in complex business disputes.
  • Excellent legal research, analytical, writing, and drafting skills.
  • Experience with dispositive motions, discovery, and case management.
  • Deposition, hearing, arbitration, or trial experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong academic credentials and excellent professional references.
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines while producing high‑quality work.
  • New York Bar admission is required.
  • Admission in New Jersey, Connecticut, or Massachusetts is a plus.
