AIG Claims, Inc. is seeking a Complex Claim Director for Employment Practices Liability in New York.

You will manage all aspects of complex EPL claims from inception to resolution, including coverage determinations and loss investigations, while coordinating with defense counsel and underwriters. The role requires strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills, plus knowledge of litigation/arbitration.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience handling complex insurance claims or related litigation.

• Handle all aspects of complex Employment Practices Liability claims from inception to conclusion.
• Make coverage determinations, investigate losses, and project potential exposures.
• Develop resolution strategies and present cases to stakeholders, including underwriters and clients.
