Achieva is seeking a Complex Care Specialist to support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Allegheny County, primarily based in the Pittsburgh area. You will work with teams to implement Person-Centered Plans, ISP updates, and ensure regulatory compliance while promoting independence and community involvement.
The role requires an associate degree or higher with relevant DD experience; multiple trainings and clearances are mandatory.

Pay Rate: Starting at $25.25/hour
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday
Location: Allegheny County with local travel required
Sign-On Bonus: $2,000

The Complex Care Specialist is responsible for supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This position works with assigned staff and independent contractors to support personal outcomes and ensures compliance with regulatory, internal, and external policies. The specialist assists in charting a course that supports each person in realizing their life of personal significance, in collaboration with their family and other team members.
