The Community Living Supervisor role coordinates the daily operation of assigned Community Home(s). Together with each person, their family, and other team members, the supervisor assists in charting a course that supports each person in realizing their life of personal significance. Responsibilities also include supporting individual outcomes, coaching staff, and serving as the on‑call contact based on a rotating schedule. This position reports to the Community Living Specialist.
