UDirect Support is seeking dedicated Personal Care Assistants to join a small, supportive team providing 24/7 care for a gentleman with complex needs. The role involves delivering person-centred care at home and in the community, helping with personal care and daily living tasks, and encouraging independence.

There is a 2:1 daytime support ratio and a variety of shift lengths including 8-hour and 12-hour shifts with sleepovers.

Qualifications

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care at home and in the community.
• Support with personal care and daily living tasks while encouraging independence.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:2 daytime support ratio and assist with daily living tasks.
• Assist with personal care and community activities for a client with cerebral palsy, learning difficulties and epilepsy.
