Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of benefits, reimbursement guidelines, and regulations.
• Provide education and guidance to providers, patients and families.
• Collaborate with Utilization Management to support payer negotiations and minimize denials.
• Document assessments and discharge actions in a timely manner.
