Job summary

Responsibilities include ensuring safe handling of returns, prioritizing investigations, and maintaining accurate records per established procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma required.
• Good organizational, written, oral and interpersonal skills.
• PC skills, including use of MS Office applications and databases.
• Competent mathematical skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform routine testing and receiving of returned products due to customer complaints and document investigation activities clearly and accurately in a timely manner.
• Adhere to procedures and work instructions throughout the process.
• Handle multiple tasks effectively and efficiently with a high level of professionalism and customer service.
• Understand the priorities of investigation as outlined in the procedures and as assigned by the laboratory supervisor.
• Ensure that product returned is handled appropriately, investigated safely and accurately in a timely manner per procedures and regulations.
• Comply with Corporate and Divisional Policies and perform other duties as assigned by management.
