Job summary

Columbia Association is seeking an Aquatics Competitive Swimming Supervisor in Columbia, MD. The role involves coaching all age groups in a full-time capacity, mentoring staff, and overseeing meets and communications with parents, swimmers, and volunteers to promote sportsmanship across our swim programs.

Responsibilities include coordinating hosting duties for meets and supervising the Columbia Association Masters swimming program. Strong accounting skills are helpful; HS diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Mentoring and assisting coaching staff across year-round and seasonal teams.
• Oversee the Columbia Association Masters swimming program.
