Chelsea Piers Connecticut LLC in Stamford, CT is seeking a motivated Full-Time Competitive & Recreational Gymnastics Coach to lead our competitive team and preschool/recreational classes. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years’ coaching experience, USAG Professional Membership, SafeSport certification, and strong communication to keep athletes safe, engaged, and progressing.

Weekend and evening hours are required; compensation is $50,000–$55,000 annually with benefits and opportunities to grow within

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of competitive gymnastics coaching experience.
• Active USAG Professional Membership.
• SafeSport certification required or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Coach competitive Xcel/Developmental teams per USAG standards.
• Lead preschool and recreational classes with engaging, safety-focused instruction.
• Attend practices and competitions; develop lesson plans aligned with program goals.
• Maintain equipment safety and gym cleanliness.
