We are seeking energetic, engaging, and dependable Part-Time Gymnastics Coaches to support both our recreational gymnastics classes and competitive team programs, including Xcel and other competitive levels.
Whether you are an experienced competitive gymnastics coach or someone with a background in gymnastics, dance, cheerleading, education, or youth programming, we may have an opportunity that matches your experience.
Our part-time gymnastics coaches may lead recreational classes, support competitive teams, or work across both programs based on their experience and qualifications.
Recreational coaches introduce children of varying ages and skill levels to gymnastics in a fun, safe, and encouraging environment. For preschool-level classes, previous gymnastics coaching experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with backgrounds in dance, cheerleading, camp, childcare, teaching, or other youth programs are encouraged to apply. Enthusiasm, patience, reliability, and the ability to keep children actively engaged are essential.
Coaches working with our Xcel and other competitive teams must have previous experience coaching gymnastics at a competitive level. They should be comfortable teaching proper technique, guiding skill progression, maintaining high safety standards, and motivating athletes in a positive and developmentally appropriate way. Competitive team coaches may also lead recreational classes as part of their schedule.
Schedule: Part-time, up to 20 hours per week; hours vary between weekday evenings and weekend mornings (one weekend day required); availability of daytime summer shifts.
Compensation: $18 - $30 per hour, depending on experience
