Job summary

Crested Butte Mountain Resort is seeking team members for the Winter Season 2026/2027. This part-time role includes daily setup and maintenance of race facilities, event support, and other duties as assigned in an alpine environment.

Starting wages range from $20.00 to $23.00 per hour. Benefits include free passes, discounted lift tickets for friends and family, lodging and gear discounts, a 401(k) plan, EAP, and opportunities for training and referral programs.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift & carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to ski/ride with equipment.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.

Job Requirements

• Able to lift & carry up to 50 lbs.

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Ski to minimum of Level 7.
• Able to work extended hours outdoors in an alpine environment.
• Basic hand tool knowledge and skill preferred.
