Job summary

Blue Mountain Resort in Palmerton, PA is seeking a punctual, detail-oriented person to support our racing program and guest experience on the mountain. Your role includes mentoring athletes, coordinating races and training schedules, and ensuring bookings are accurate.

Ideal candidates hold USSS or PSIA coaching certification (or willingness to certify), a passion for outdoor sports, exceptional communication, and prior coaching or racing experience. Must be 14 or older.

• Communicate updates to parents and athletes as needed.

We are seeking a punctual, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited for an opportunity to provide a guest with an experience that is beyond their expectations and excited for the opportunity to create guests for life. This position is responsible for assisting with the development and growth of the racing program at Blue Mountain Resort.

REQUIREMENTS:

• USSS or PSIA coachingcertification or the willingness to become certified
• Extraordinary ability to provide outstanding guest service.
• An enthusiasm for outdoor sports and recreation.
• A positive attitude with the ability to mentor others.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills with both colleagues and guests.
• Previous coaching or racing experience preferred.
• Must be 14 years of age or older.
