As the first point of contact, you will greet guests on the mountain and in facilities, provide directions, share resort knowledge, and help deliver a memorable experience. This position is likely the first point of contact our guests have when arriving at the mountain, so it is critical that all team members provide genuine, courteous, and helpful experience that generates the ‘Wow!’ factor.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 16 years of age
• Must be willing to work outdoors
• Timely and reliable attendance is essential even in inclement weather and must be available to work a flexible workweek, including holidays and weekends
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a willingness to initiate guest contact in a friendly manner
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous
• Knowledge and passion about skiing and snowboarding, marketing, and guest relations
