Position Title: Compensation & Stock Specialist
Location: Vadnais Heights, MN - Hybrid (2-3 days per week in-office)
Position Overview:
The Compensation & Stock Specialist will provide support to H.B. Fuller employees globally in matters related to equity compensation. This role is responsible for administering equity programs, conducting stock analysis, and managing documentation processes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and experience in stock administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), database functionality, and data merging is required. In addition to stock administration, this position will also oversee the deferred compensation program, assist with annual proxy filings, and support other executive compensation initiatives.

Pay: The salary for this role is $84,000 - $110,000. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
