The position requires a bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of analytical experience, along with strong Excel and HRIS skills.

This full-time role offers a projected salary of $72,000-$80,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of compensation, HR, or related analytical experience, preferably in retail or distribution.
• Excellent communication skills to simplify complex topics.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and implement changes related to local minimum wage laws and update pay rates.
• Administer and analyze incentive plans; prepare communications for clarity.
• Maintain pay ranges in Workday; ensure system accuracy with HRIS.
• Conduct job analysis and support leveling processes.
• Review job offers to ensure compliance with equity and competitiveness.
• Provide analytical support on compensation initiatives and benchmarking.
