  • Experience supporting compensation processes, management reporting, or operational finance is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Execute recurring compensation, accounting, operational, and management reporting activities.
  • Prepare reconciliations, data analysis, and reporting to support executive decision-making.
  • Develop compensation models, variance analyses, and trend reporting.
  • Support compensation planning and management company reporting initiatives.
  • Analyze financial and operational data to provide actionable business insights.
  • Assist with process improvements, automation, and AI-driven workflow enhancements.
  • Build and maintain Excel-based reports, models, and dashboards.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support reporting and operational initiatives.
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support special projects and ad hoc analyses for senior leadership.
