Adyen is seeking a Compensation Business Partner for the Americas region, located in San Francisco, to join the Global People team. Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in compensation and/or people analytics.
  • Strong data literacy and ability to translate data into actionable guidance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to distill complex concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Implement compensation and benefits design and inform regional decisions.
  • Provide analytics, budgeting, and reporting support to HR and leadership.
  • Co-create the year-end compensation process across multiple business areas.
  • Support market compensation surveys and benchmark analyses to drive plan improvements.
  • Partner with Recruiting to develop competitive offer packages for new hires.
  • Collaborate across teams to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Contribute to the implementation and communication of compensation programs.
  • Work with large data sets and build mechanisms to streamline processes and balance risks.
