Job summary

Adyen is seeking a Compensation Business Partner for the Americas region, located in San Francisco, to join the Global People team. You will develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies, partnering with HR, recruiting, and business leadership to attract and retain top talent in the Americas and ensure competitive offerings.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of experience in compensation and/or people analytics.
Strong data literacy and ability to translate data into actionable guidance.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to distill complex concepts.

Responsibilities

Implement compensation and benefits design and inform regional decisions.
Provide analytics, budgeting, and reporting support to HR and leadership.
Co-create the year-end compensation process across multiple business areas.
Support market compensation surveys and benchmark analyses to drive plan improvements.
Partner with Recruiting to develop competitive offer packages for new hires.
Collaborate across teams to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Contribute to the implementation and communication of compensation programs.
Work with large data sets and build mechanisms to streamline processes and balance risks.
