Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Experience supervising or leading a team.
• CCP or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Compensation Manager is responsible for the oversight of daily operations and monitoring of the staff compensation process.
• Leads compensation operations and projects, guides staff, and ensures optimum operational efficiency.
• Assists in leading compensation operations and serves as an external representative for constituents.
• In the absence of the Director, manages day-to-day operations.
