Job summary

DHL Express (USA), Inc. is seeking a Compensation Manager in Plantation, FL to lead compensation programs and analytics that align with enterprise objectives. You will partner with HR and Finance to ensure equity, competitiveness, and compliance while driving strategic workforce decisions.

The role requires 6+ years in Total Rewards, strong analytical skills, and experience with incentive programs, job architecture, and HR analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with professional certification preferred.
• Six years of progressive experience in Compensation or Total Rewards.
• Strong experience with market pricing, salary structures, and compensation analytics.
• Experience with incentive/bonus programs and pay equity analyses.
• Proficiency in HR technology, dashboards, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve compensation programs, policies, and practices to support objectives and equity.
• Lead market pricing, benchmarking, and salary structure administration.
• Administer incentives, bonus, and other variable pay programs, including modeling and payouts.
• Partner with Finance and HR to provide data-driven recommendations for workforce planning.
• Lead job evaluation, leveling, and job architecture governance.
• Develop analytics, dashboards, and cost models for strategic decision making.
• Leverage technology to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Influence stakeholders with market insights and data-driven recommendations.
• Support governance, pay equity reviews, audits, and enterprise initiatives.
