Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking an HR analyst to support compensation analysis, employee relations, onboarding, benefits, and HRIS operations. You will ensure compliant HR practices and maintain accurate records, while assisting with reporting and audits.

Responsibilities include reviewing compensation packages, supporting SCA-related requirements, and coordinating programs such as wellness and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience with compensation analysis and/or planning.
• 1 year of SCA regulations experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or 5 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Review compensation packages and plans for upgrades to align with industry standards.
• Provides day-to-day support for assigned HR programs, processes, and services (HRIS, onboarding, benefits, compliance).
• Prepares reports, audits, and documentation to support HR operations and regulatory requirements.
• Assists with responding to manager and employee inquiries, explaining HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinates special projects and activities including wellness programs and employee engagement.
