What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement client compensation programs, including base pay programs and incentive plans
- Benchmark client positions and design pay structures and administration guidelines
- Assist Senior Consultants in modeling and implementing incentive plans based on data analysis
- Advise clients on various compensation plan approaches, highlighting advantages and disadvantages
- Create tools for market analysis, cost modeling, and training to support multiple projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, specifically in designing and administering compensation programs
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Economics, or a related quantitative field
- Strong analytical skills with experience in analyzing salary surveys and regulatory guidelines
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including v-lookups and pivot tables
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Professional certification such as PHR or CCP
- Experience with compensation and salary survey administration software like PayFactors or Salary.com
- Proven project management experience
- Background in professional services consulting
