Hayes Company/Knight Swift Warehousing and Fulfillment in Mesquite, TX, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to partner with site leaders and manage HR across multiple warehouse locations. You will lead investigations, onboarding, payroll support, and policy adherence in a fast-growing distribution environment.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (Spanish/English), detail-oriented, and able to build relationships with a diverse workforce, ensuring compliance with labor laws and delivering timely

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 3+ years as HR generalist or similar role, with warehousing/logistics experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English (written and spoken) required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as bilingual English/Spanish resource for employee relations and investigations.
• Partner with site leadership to address HR needs and guide performance management.
• Conduct HR investigations and escalate when necessary to HRBP.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
• Lead onboarding and new hire orientation across sites to ensure compliance.
