Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA, Inc. is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Analyst in Milwaukee, WI to administer core compensation and benefits programs. You will apply strong analytical skills to ensure accurate delivery of pay actions, STI payouts, and annual salary reviews, while maintaining data integrity across HR systems.

The role partners with HRBPs and managers to answer policy questions, supports ESOP/retirement programs, and helps drive data‑driven decisions through reporting and trend analysis.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting employee compensation and/or financial benefits programs.
• Experience handling confidential employee data.
• Exposure to hourly wage structures and short-term incentive programs.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel capability.
• Familiarity with HRIS, payroll, or benefits administration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day administration of hourly pay programs and alignment to wage structures and guidelines.
• Administer short-term incentive (STI) programs including metric collection and payout calculations.
• Support annual Salary Review process testing, data preparation, auditing, and communications.
• Conduct job evaluations to ensure internal equity and alignment with compensation frameworks.
• Maintain and validate compensation data across HR systems and provide guidance on programs.
