  • Coordinate with the Company’s leave administrator, disability carriers, Payroll, HRIS, HR Business Partners, and managers to support accurate and timely leave administration.
  • Track leave cases, follow up on outstanding documentation, and maintain accurate leave records and status reports.
  • Review leave information and payroll impacts for accuracy and escalate discrepancies or complex cases as appropriate.
  • Support employee communications related to leave approvals, extensions, return‑to‑work requirements, and available Company programs.

  • Assist with periodic audits of leave records and support compliance documentation and reporting requirements.
  • Identify recurring administrative issues and recommend process improvements to the Total Rewards team.

  • Respond to routine employee questions regarding benefit eligibility, enrollment, coverage, and administrative processes.
  • Coordinate with benefits vendors, Payroll, HRIS, and HR partners to research and resolve enrollment, eligibility, deduction, and coverage issues.
  • Support benefits administration activities related to new hires, qualifying life events, terminations, and employee status changes.
  • Prepare and maintain recurring benefits reports, eligibility files, reconciliation reports, and administrative trackers.
  • Support annual enrollment activities, including data validation, system testing, employee communications, and issue tracking.
  • Assist with benefits renewal and implementation activities by gathering data, maintaining project trackers, coordinating information, and supporting employee communications.
  • Maintain benefits procedures, process documentation, plan materials, and administrative records.
  • Escalate complex employee issues, vendor service concerns, and potential compliance issues to the appropriate Total Rewards team member.

Compensation Reporting & Analytics Support

  • Consolidate compensation and employee data submitted by regional HR teams into standardized global reports and templates.
  • Support recurring compensation reporting, including salary, bonus, incentive, headcount, and other Total Rewards analyses.
  • Review submitted data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy and follow up with regional HR teams to resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain compensation data files, trackers, reporting templates, and supporting documentation.
  • Assist with annual compensation processes, including merit reviews, bonus projections, salary planning, and market data preparation.
  • Prepare basic analyses and summaries using Excel, including data validation, reconciliation, comparisons, and trend reporting.
  • Assist with compensation data audits, testing, and HRIS data validation activities.
