• Experience managing benefit enrollments, qualifying events, and open enrollment.
• Strong knowledge of ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and ERISA requirements.
• Experience using and updating HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and reporting functions.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.
• Professional certification: CCP, CEBS, PHR/SPHR, etc. preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing and union environments with multiple locations preferred.
