Job summary

Veeam is seeking a Summer Compensation Intern within the People & Culture team. You\'ll work on simplifying compensation data, processes, and insights, collaborating with compensation teammates and cross-functional stakeholders.

The role suits someone who enjoys numbers, is curious about AI applications, and can translate complex data into practical recommendations. The program runs June through August 2027 for 10 weeks.

Qualifications

• Rising Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science or another related field
• Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented work ethic and data analysis skills
• Willingness to learn about technology
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Teams, Word and more
• Demonstrate use of AI tooling for data analysis
• Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment; must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter

Responsibilities

• Own a meaningful piece of work within the People & Culture team focused on simplifying compensation data, processes, or insights
• Collaborate with compensation team members, People Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand challenges and translate findings into practical recommendations
• Identify opportunities for improvement and develop AI-enabled tools and solutions for testing and implementation
