Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is hiring a Compensation Analyst in Monroe, OH for a direct-hire, onsite role. You will analyze and administer compensation programs, benchmarking, job evaluation, analytics, and incentive planning, partnering with HR, Finance, HRIS, Payroll, IT, and business leaders.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in compensation or HR analytics, with advanced Excel and HRIS reporting skills; CCP certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of compensation, total rewards, or HR analytics experience.
• CCP certification preferred.
• Advanced Excel, HRIS/HCM reporting, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication, confidentiality, organization, critical thinking, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, including configuration, templates, eligibility rules, budgets, guidelines, workflows, and compensation cycles.
• Manage compensation plans, forms, route maps, budgets, launches, and final approvals while ensuring accurate data and processing.
• Lead system testing, data validation, reconciliations, and integrations with HRIS and Payroll.
• Develop executive-level compensation dashboards and analyze pay outcomes, budgets, workforce trends, and compensation data.
• Support market benchmarking, pay band development, external compensation surveys, and pay equity initiatives.
• Develop and maintain job descriptions and job families to support job evaluation, market alignment, internal equity, and workforce planning.
• Translate complex compensation data into clear recommendations for HR and leadership.
• Create process documentation, user guides, and training materials; support users on compensation systems.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and enhancements to compensation processes and systems.
