The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in HR, payroll, or finance with strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, MATCH) and experience applying

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in HR, payroll or finance.
• Compensation must have been part of recent roles.
• Excel skills: VLOOKUP, CONCATENATE, MATCH, FIND.

Responsabilités

• Conduct market pricing and salary benchmarking using compensation surveys and market data.
• Evaluate positions and provide compensation recommendations for new hires, promotions and transfers.
• Support annual merit increases, bonus, and compensation planning processes.
• Maintain salary structures, pay grades, and compensation policies.
• Analyze compensation data and prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation regulations.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners on offers and compensation decisions.
• Maintain compensation data integrity within the HRIS.
• Assist with compensation audits, pay equity reviews, and special projects.
