  • Support other Total Rewards and HR programs as needed.
What you will Bring…
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, preferably in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in compensation, HR, finance, sales operations, analytics, or related internship/project experience.
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills, with the ability to work accurately with large data sets and summarize findings clearly.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and process discipline.
  • Curiosity and interest in learning compensation programs, sales incentive plan administration, and global Total Rewards practices.
  • Comfortable partnering with HR Business Partners, Finance, Sales, Payroll, and other stakeholders to resolve questions and support business needs.
  • Workday experience helpful; Xactly, SPIFF, Salesforce.com, or sales compensation system experience is a plus.
  • Interest in leveraging AI and emerging technologies to simplify processes, improve efficiency, and enhance analytics.
