You will work with HR Business Partners, Finance, Payroll, and Sales to ensure accurate payments and data integrity. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 1–2 years of related experience, strong Excel skills, and an interest in global Total Rewards practices.

As Compensation Analyst, reporting to the Compensation Manager, you will support the administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of Azenta’s compensation programs. This role will be heavily involved in sales incentive compensation administration and payment processing, while also supporting broad-based compensation programs and day-to-day compensation advisory support for HR Business Partners. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career compensation professional with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an interest in learning both sales compensation and global broad-based compensation in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

United States Base Compensation: $56,000.00 - $70,000.00 The posted pay range for this position is an estimate based on current market data and internal pay structure. Final compensation may vary above or below this range depending on factors such as experience, education (including licensure and certifications), qualifications, performance, and geographic location, among other relevant business or organization needs.
