Qualifications

• Knowledge of compensation principles: market pricing, job evaluation, salary structures, internal equity, incentive plan mechanics.
• Familiarity with FLSA and wage rules for CA and US agencies.
• Strong Excel data handling and accuracy with large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Assist with merit, bonus, and salary planning cycles.
• Support sales incentive compensation administration for US & Canada.
• Maintain market pricing data and survey participation.
• Ensure data integrity across Workday and related systems.
• Prepare compensation communications and training materials.
