Job Description

As an Individual Contributor, this role supports compensation operations and decision‑making across multiple levels of complexity—from maintaining data accuracy and providing routine support to delivering strategic consulting that shapes enterprise‑wide compensation practices. The position partners with People Services (PS) and business leaders to ensure compensation data integrity, alignment with internal equity, and market competitiveness, while contributing to program development, governance, and cross‑functional initiatives as scope and expertise increase.

Responsibilities
  • Compensation Analyst I – Maintains compensation data accuracy and assists with routine operational tasks; provides entry‑level support to PS and Business Unit leaders.
  • Compensation Analyst II – Performs independent compensation analyses to guide compensation decisions; contributes to program development and ensures alignment with internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Compensation Senior Analyst – Leads strategic compensation analyses and contributes to enterprise‑wide HR program development; serves as a subject‑matter expert and supports cross‑functional initiatives to enhance compensation practices.
  • Compensation Consultant – Provides strategic compensation consulting, influences enterprise‑wide HR practices, and advises senior leaders; drives initiatives that shape the organization’s compensation philosophy and governance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. Equivalent work experience or certification(s) may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Compensation Analyst I – Minimum 1 year of experience in compensation or related work.
  • Compensation Analyst II – Minimum 3 years of experience in compensation or related work.
  • Compensation Senior Analyst – Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation or related work.
  • Compensation Consultant – Minimum 7 years of experience in compensation or related work.
  • Basic knowledge and skill proficiency in analytical thinking, communication, cross‑functional collaboration, consultation, customer experience, decision making & judgement, laws & regulations, program planning, statistical analysis, and technology literacy.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and build relationships across departments. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
