Generac seeks a Compensation Analyst II to analyze, implement, and maintain our compensation programs. You will conduct market research, evaluate jobs, and ensure that our practices are competitive and compliant with applicable laws.
In collaboration with HR and management, you will help maintain career and job level architectures, develop policies, and support the annual compensation review with data-driven recommendations.
The Compensation Analyst II is responsible for analyzing, implementing, and maintaining the company’s compensation programs. This role involves conducting market research, evaluating job positions, and ensuring that the company’s compensation practices are competitive and compliant with legal requirements.
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent knowledge) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Three years of experience in compensation analysis or a related HR role.
Experience working with global compensation programs in Canada, Mexico, and Europe.
Office Environment (Includes field sales): While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion, the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend, or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
