Regions Hospital is seeking a Compensation Analyst to design and administer compensation policies and programs for Regions and RHSC. The role involves analyzing new or revised compensation practices, applying statistical methods to determine costs and benefits, and proposing revisions to optimize pay structures.

Regions is hiring a Compensation Analyst. The Compensation Analyst designs and administers human resources policies and procedures relative to the management of the compensation programs for Regions and RHSC. Conducts analysis of new or revised compensation practices, policies, and strategies; applies mathematical and statistical methodologies to determine costs/benefits; prepares proposals and implement programs; evaluates programs to verify effectiveness and recommends revisions as appropriate. Performs a variety of compensation related functions, including job evaluations, salary analysis and other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, industrial relations, or related field. 6 years of HR experience may substitute for education
Two years of experience in Human Resources or compensation that includes analytical background.
